1. About WhaWallet

WhaWallet ("we", "us", "the Service") is a WhatsApp-based group treasurer assistant operated by Whawallet Investment Group, Nairobi, Kenya. The Service allows WhatsApp group administrators to collect M-Pesa contributions from group members, track balances in real time, and initiate withdrawals to M-Pesa, Till Numbers, or Paybill accounts.

By registering a WhatsApp group, making a contribution, or initiating a withdrawal through WhaWallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3. Service Fee & Fee Structure

How fees work: A service fee of 1.5% is charged to the contributor at the time of payment — not to the group admin or the group pot. The group administrator withdraws 100% of the total contributions collected — no deductions are made at withdrawal.

Example: A contributor sending KES 1,000 will be charged KES 1,015. The group pot receives KES 1,000. WhaWallet retains KES 5.

Fees are subject to change. We will notify registered group admins of any changes at least 14 days in advance via WhatsApp or email.

By registering a WhatsApp group on WhaWallet, the group admin agrees to:
